Spacious and new apartment, was fairly well equipped and was very clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful, we needed extra dishwashing powder and they were more than happy to bring some up to the room. They lent us an umbrella, just happy to accommodate our requests.

Really good central location opposite Hardware Lane. 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment was good for 3 of us. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. They changed towels and made the beds even for a 2 night stay, which is not common in COVID travel.
