Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. 500m to beach and town, fully self-contained, 2 bedrooms, with your own entrance in a quiet street in idyllic Old Dunsborough. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has two king-single beds. There is a flat-screen smart TV but no WIFI. You have your own entrance, a light-filled lounge and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and undercover patio to enjoy meals outdoors. While there is no air-con, there are two standing fans and being on a leafy block with many trees, unless it's a heatwave, temperatures are generally comfortable. There is private parking space for up to 3 cars and you're in a super central location to explore the area, on foot and by car. Not suitable for leavers :)
