This newly renovated apartment includes a secure parking space as well as communal areas including a gym, BBQ area, and a gorgeous pool and deck, complete with sun loungers and shade umbrellas to make the most of the idyllic Queensland climate. As you enter, you’ll be drawn to the expansive suburb views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, while open-plan living and a fresh white palette further create a feeling of spaciousness. A streamlined kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a four-seater table for when you’re not dining out. Eat inside or head to your private balcony, where you’ll find a setting to enjoy your morning coffee or a fizzy drink while you take in sweeping views of this charming, leafy neighbourhood. After a day of work or sightseeing, a sofa and TV provide a laidback space to unwind with a movie, with split system air-conditioning ensuring year-round comfort. Two bedrooms sleep four guests, both with queen-size beds. The first bedroom has air-conditioning and a large window offering neighbourhood views, while the second bedroom includes a ceiling fan and mirrored built-ins. Please note, there is no window in this room. In the neatly-presented bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, while an in-unit washing machine and dryer adds to the convenience.

The boutique Johnson complex is located at the heart of leafy, historic Spring Hill and within easy reach of the CBD as well as the bars, galleries and restaurants of Fortitude Valley. You’ll be a 10-minute walk from two beautiful green spaces, Victoria Park and Roma Street Parklands, while Central Station and Roma Street Station are both within a 15-minute walk. Popular Brisbane attractions include the Queensland Art Gallery and the Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA), the Queensland Museum, and the Brisbane Botanic Gardens.
