Love the location and facilities. We stayed right near the volleyball/sandpit and my miss 5 loved it. Along with the playground and playing in the bay with the changing water level.

It is a 15-minute walk from central Batemans Bay and a 5-minute walk from the University of Wollongong. All villas offer a living and dining area, flat-screen TV and a kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and microwave. Each villa has bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. Other facilities include BBQ areas, children’s playground, bicycle and pedal cart hire, and a shop selling essential groceries.
