Modern coastal 3-bedroom house situated in a quiet neighborhood not far from Shelly Beach. Relax in more than 130m2 of space including an outdoor dining area.
Three bedrooms with comfortable bedding, two with nature views. Bunkbed in the third. Perfect for families or group of friends.
Large living area with quality entertainment unit with your favourite streaming services (Netflix, Disney+ and Kayo).
A permanent resident resides on the property in completely separate living area with a separate entrance. No shared areas.
