Beautifully furnished throughout, this shabby chic coastal holiday home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a separate bunkhouse and ensuite which is ideal for 2 families with children. Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coasts most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean bath, cafe and restaurant or one of the many surrounding bushwalks. Master bedroom has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. The separate bunkhouse contains a single bunk bed, 1 single bed and a single day bed. * Open plan living area with flat-screen TV, DVD, CD player, comfy leather lounges * Modern and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher and microwave * Outdoor entertaining with large timber wrap-around deck, gas BBQ and outdoor seating * Outdoor shower, ceiling fans, dining table seating 6, off-street parking for 2 cars * Main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. External laundry with washer, shower and toilet * Please note this property is suited to families only Linen is supplied and included in the overall total booking.
