This penthouse is one of the most unique apartments on the Eastern beaches. Located within a classic Art Deco building, it offers a quiet, elegant coastal living space infused with a contemporary edge. It has an uber-cool retro feel. The apartment will suit discerning travelers who are relocating or visiting Sydney for an extended period. It offers panoramic views of Coogee, the eastern suburbs. High ceilings, polished wooden floors, light-filled, with period detail including stained glass windows throughout. The upper level has an elegant living and dining space with a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, Miele dishwasher, Smeg oven, Ilve gas stovetop). There is a large balcony with a Weber BBQ (for the Masterchef). The bathroom has a round spa with stunning views. On the second level, the apartment has three bedrooms (each has eco-friendly, whisper-quiet Haiku ceiling fans), an informal living /rumpus room (smart TV, Xbox, upright piano), a separate study (free & fast wifi), a large bathroom (with Miele washing machine and dryer) and expansive downstairs balcony with sea glimpses. The penthouse is protected by 24hr security cameras. The entire penthouse is 179sq m. Come. Relax. Enjoy.

You will be staying in the heart of Coogee, only minutes away from one of Sydney's most famous and beautiful beaches. Coogee Beach is a wonderful starting point to do the Coastal walk to Bondi. There are restaurants (fine dining and casual) at your doorstep, wonderful cafes, supermarkets, designer stores, children's playground, all a few minutes walk away.There is free on-street parking at the door step ( pending availability). Given the ease of proximity to other Eastern seaboard delights and the city centre (Opera House, Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney Harbour, etc.,) we recommend that our guests use Uber, taxis, or hire GoGet for the day. The apartment is 20mins from the Domestic and International airport.
