Downstairs, a modern living area features a chic black leather couch that can be set up into a sofabed upon request and a large flat-screen TV. Alongside is a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating. Spend an evening making use of the premium appliances including a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop and all the cooking essentials. Dine at the indoor dining table, or step out of the sliding glass doors onto the huge furnished balcony and enjoy your meal al-fresco with a side of marina views. Downstairs, you’ll also find two bedrooms. The first is furnished with a queen bed, built-in mirrored wardrobes and light-washed wooden floorboards. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed and built-in mirrored wardrobes and has stunning marina views from an oversized window. Nearby, you’ll find the pristine main bathroom with a shower as well as a huge vanity with a large mirror and his and her sinks. You’ll also find an additional smaller bathroom with a laundry area equipped with a washing machine which is convenient for those longer stays. Head upstairs to find a huge, bright and breezy master bedroom with a plush queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the beautiful rooftop deck. Here is where you can entertain, make use of the outdoor BBQ or simply relax on the al- fresco dining set and enjoy a sundowner against a backdrop of marina views. Additional luxuries include a communal pool and secure parking for two cars, while added amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the apartment. We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive.
