** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** “Dom’s Place” is a charming, pet-friendly home in Cape Woolamai, Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** This single-storey home comprises an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area (with TV and coonara style fireplace) and three bedrooms leading off from here. A renovated bathroom (shower & vanity), separate toilet and laundry complete the indoors. ** Outdoor Areas ** There is a large, enclosed rear yard that is perfect for families with children and/or pets, and the newly built covered outdoor area is a perfect place to relax. There’s even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand! ** Kitchen ** The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, an Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The home has a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the living room as well as a coonara style fireplace. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Dom's Place" is configured to comfortably sleep up to a maximum of 6 people: Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: One Queen bed Bedroom 3: One set of Single bunks ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
