Collaroy is a relaxed, beachside suburb on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The apartment is located in the exclusive Basin area and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. Griffith Park is opposite and includes a children’s playground, Collaroy Tennis Centre, picnic tables, sporting fields and a dog friendly area. 200m down the street is the stunning Long Reef Golf Club where you'll not only enjoy 18 holes but some of the most beautiful coastal views on the beaches. Not a fan of golf or tennis? There are walking tracks around the golf course to the headland and Long Reef Beach. Continue further south and you'll arrive at Dee Why Beach. Be sure to walk to the end of the street to the Aquatic Reserve, have a swim at Fisherman’s Beach or the Collaroy Rockpool or simply continue to Collaroy Beach. When you've had enough sun, head into The Collaroy (pub) for lunch or breakfast, lunch or a coffee at The Surf Deck. Check out what's on at The Beach Club or go to one of the many local restaurants. And there’s always a rainy-day alternative at the classic art deco United Cinemas at Collaroy.
The northern beaches peninsula has something to offer everyone. Dee Why restaurants and Cafes are only 5 minutes away or drive/catch the 199 bus the 8km to Manly Beach where you can enjoy a selection of great restaurants and cafes. Catch the Manly Ferry to the Sydney CBD from Manly Wharf. Alternatively jump on the B1 bus from around the corner to Wynyard/CBD.
