The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate. Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples travelling together, or temporary business residents. THE SPACE: Apartment Close To The City Life on Lake 3 is situated on the 1st floor, accessible by lift from the ground floor and carpark. The lounge area opening onto the large balcony with a pool view offers a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Both air-conditioned bedrooms offer quality mattresses, ceiling fans and wardrobes, one has a queen-size bed and a porta cot for your little one, and the other one has a double-size bed. The unit comes with two bathrooms, separate internal laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer and high-quality towels and bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience. One allocated car parking bay in the building garage for your sole use is included in your reservation as well as access to the outdoor swimming pool. We have another four-bedroom apartment (Superior Luxury Apartment in the City 19) in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings. PLEASE NOTE: As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

The Cairns Esplanade is the jewel in the Cairns crown. It is very popular with locals for walking, jogging, cycle pathway, exercise equipment at various locations along the length of grassy, well-maintained lawns . The expansive parks and gardens are beautiful. There is a concrete pathway along the beach. About 15 minutes walk along the beach to gas barbecue areas, Muddy's Cafe (local fish and chips, burgers etc) and terrific water playground and jungle play area for kids. The southern end of the Esplanade has many bars and restaurants to choose from, as well as a world-class casino with restaurants (and is adjacent to the main shopping area). Here you will find plenty of tour booking agents for a big range of reef, rainforest, tablelands tours scenic flights, fishing trips, balloon flights, and other specialty tours. There are some fantastic restaurants and mini mart in Lake Street, walking distance from the apartment.
