The ideal holiday property for the extended family or two-family groups with room to move offering picturesque water views just 450m from the centre of town, 300m from Hastings River and 700m from the beautiful renowned Town Beach, this is the perfect location for an unforgettable getaway. This oversized 4-bedroom unit with secure remote control (36sqm) underground basement car parking for 2 vehicles and 5 balconies is perfect for the family getaway offering free Wi-Fi, essentials and full linen supplied. Arguably one of the largest units available for rent in Port Macquarie, the expansive asset boasts a prominent open plan living and dining area with a large 65” smart TV, ceiling fan and HVAC unit which flows onto dual balconies with outdoor dining sets perfect for enjoying the water views and relaxing at the end of the day. The unit features a modern kitchen offering a new full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, kettle, toaster and general essentials. The kitchen also flows onto its own balcony with dining setting overlooking the water. Equipped with its own private internal laundry with both washing machine, dryer and ironing board ideal for long stays or days at the beach. The main bedroom consists of a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, balcony and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and balcony, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and balcony and the 4th bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and balcony. The main bathroom has a separate basin, large mirror as well as a spa bath, shower and separate toilet perfect to accommodate a number of guests. All linen and essentials is supplied and there is also a communal washing line if required. Bedding: Queen bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second, double in the third bedroom and 2 single beds in the fourth. Please note there is a refundable five hundred dollar security bond and all card payments will incur an additional 2% surcharge.
