Out here you’ll also find the private jetty which can accommodate a vessel up to the size of a 25 ft deep water boat, and is equipped with its own sink for filleting your catch! However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit. Downstairs, guests will find the convenience of a fully equipped laundry with washer & dryer, an additional toilet, the 4th bedroom and internal access to the secure double garage.
