With stunning vistas from Boat Harbour Beach to Sisters Beach you can enjoy both sunrise & sunset in all it's glory. Private stairs give access to explore local rock pools & the ocean. Start the day with a stroll along Boat Harbour Beach. Visit local attractions or spend the day at the beach. Apartment comes complete with beach supplies for an idyllic day at the beach, including beach towels, picnic blanket, beach umbrella and chairs, picnic set and boogie boards. There's nothing to do but relax and soak in the stunning coastal views. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf. A perfect base for exploring Tasmania's North West coast. Includes spa, lounge, king bed, kitchen and private deck with BBQ, dining for 2 and deck chairs. Private garden full of blossoming heath in spring and rear access to stairs to rockpools and ocean. 1 undercover carpark. Look out for rock wallabies in the rear garden at dusk. Wireless internet and Netflix available on the smart TV.

Beautifully positioned between rocky headlands, this is an idyllic harbour of white sand and water every shade of blue. Explore neighbouring Rocky Cape National Park. This park surrounds another beach community, Sisters Beach, which is located along a former horse trail known as the Postman’s Track that once connected Burnie and Stanley. Check out the park’s remarkable geological formations - the rocks of pinmatik / Rocky Cape are among the oldest in Tasmania. Explore extensive hiking trails and see Tasmanian Aboriginal shelter caves. Boat Harbour Beach is 1hr drive (80km) west of Devonport & 2hr drive (176km) NW of Launceston. Closest airport is Burnie/Wynyard under 20 mins drive. Burnie/Wynyard airport is under 20 minutes drive, and very handy for flying in and out from most Australian capital cities. You will need a car to shop for groceries or dine out at nearby Wynyard or to visit local places of interest. Stroll to the beach and local cafe which serves breakfast and lunch. A 2 hour scenic walk to Sisters Beach starts directly opposite Heathcliff if you are looking to take in the stunning vistas and wildflower.
