Please note that all bookings receive 1 starter pack on arrival containing tea/coffee, bath towels, bath mat, soap, tea towel, cleaning cloth, dish-washing liquid and powder. The following amenities are not included but are available at reception for an additional charge: hand towel, face washer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry powder, scourer and tissues.

The car parking rates at iStay Precinct will be increasing from the 1st of January 2025 to the below:

Standard Rate: $30 per night

Discounted Rate: $23 per night

Please note between 10 February to 20 May 2025, we will be undergoing external cleaning & painting of the Gallery building as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our guest experiences. This will include some scaffolding, abseiling and scissor lifts between 7am and 7pm. Although we expect minimal disruption to our guests, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and look forward to welcoming you to iStay Precinct Adelaide.
