Kava Villa is a modern two story villa located in a quite court in Cowes. The court has private gate access to a safe swimming front beach, (see photos). Open plan dining and lounge area, couches, plasma TV, DVD, Stereo, powder room and laundry (washer and dryer). Downstairs is a secure courtyard with a large deck surrounded by garden beds.

PLEASE PROVIDE specific details about your booking, eg age group, friends/family etc. Due to previous issues with neighbours at this property we would kindly ask that groups of friends under the age of 35 refrain from booking this property. If your intention is to cause nuisance and create excessive noise which causes disruption we would kindly ask that you please find another property. PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD: (a) Aggressive behaviour (b) Yelling, screaming and arguing (c) Cheering, clapping and singing. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only.  * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.  * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.
