Enter through the hallway, past the casual lounge with large screen TV, into the light-filled open-plan living space. The pristine white kitchen boasts an island bench, Belling oven, soft-closing drawers, Miele dishwasher, and a huge walk-in pantry. Larger groups will appreciate the multiple living areas: a lake-view living room, a covered pergola, and a rumpus room. Features include big screen TVs, Wi-Fi, Netflix, timber floors in hallways and living areas, and carpeted bedrooms. Water activities include 3 kayaks (1 child, 1 adult, 1 double) and 1 SUP (standup paddleboard) with life jackets (2 large, 2 medium, 3 small). The home offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for privacy and space. The master bedroom is a retreat with lake views, walk-in robe, and a newly renovated ensuite. The other bedrooms have built-in robes. Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning. Bed Configuration (Sleeps 8): Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Second Bedroom: Twin Bed (Sleeps 2) Third Bedroom: Twin – Staggered Bunk Bed (Sleeps 2) Fourth Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Beds are freshly made with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are provided. 100% Pet-Friendly Pets are welcome indoors. The grassed area is fully fenced with a lowest point of 1200mm and a gap between fence uprights of 70mm. Please note: Dogs on a leash are permitted on the lake and beach but not in the water.

Encounter Bay is a quiet and peaceful location, protected on one side by Granite island and on the other, by the Bluff. There are spectacular walks nearby (try the cliff walk from Petrel Cove to Kings Beach), a lovely salt water lake for sheltered swimming, a wetlands filled with birdlife, a dog park just a few mins drive away. Walk to the Beach House for a Bluff Beer and a wood oven pizza, or for something a little more upmarket, make a reservation for lunch or dinner at Eat at Whalers (at the bottom of the Bluff).
