A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand for expansion into other areas became apparent and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay currently manages an extensive range of elegant accommodation in many parts of Australia including; the Gold Coast and Brisbane in Queensland, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, and Sydney, Byron Bay, Lennox Head, and Scotts Head in New South Wales. Set close to the much-loved Gold Coast suburb of Broadbeach - on the doorstep of Mermaid Beach, and endless shops and restaurants - Toby's Beach house is a holidaymaker's delight sought after for its location. This beautiful, executive-style beach house has everything you need within easy reach - whether it’s a bit of fish and chips on the beach, or a beer at the local surf club. You can also just sit back and revel in what this Little Mermaid holiday house has to offer. Inside, the home features timber floorboards and contemporary modern furniture - present throughout the large open plan living and dining areas, all the way up to the second living area, bedrooms and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The property includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a powder room and a separate bathroom. Open the sliding doors to the deck on sunny days to create the ultimate indoor-outdoor living space. Enjoy the view with your family and guests while you watch the kids swim in the pool. Only 7 Adults maximum in group bookings. However, Toby's can sleep 10 if booking is including children. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
