LITTLE RAY OF SUNSHINE BY THE SEA is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests located in the main street of Edithburgh. Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, freestanding electric oven/stove, coffee machine (BYO coffee grounds), kettle, toaster, dining, lounge with 2 x 2 seater lounges, tv, dvd, gas heater, wall air-conditioner/heater. Bathroom with corner bath, walk in shower with slight step down, vanity. Rumpus/kids retreat with tv, dvd, 3 single beds, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, outdoor setting - can be taken outside - Please note - the rumpus/kids retreat is in the rear yard and separate from the house but has a covered walkway between. Laundry with top loading washing machine, sink. Separate w/c. Rear yard fully enclosed with outdoor setting, gas BBQ, clothesline. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - single, rumpus/kids retreat - 3 singles. Shed not for use Dogs allowed A refundable bond will be added to your booking and will be refunded back to you within 7 to 10 business days after departure provided there are no damages/problems
