Hi, I am Jenny! Myself and my young family made the Byron shire our home in January 2020, after emigrating from the UK and we LOVE it. I set up Ocean Vibes Property Management 12 months ago and manage an array of places in the Northern Rivers for my lovely owners. Living locally means I can be a 'hands-on' host if needed and can offer lots of great tips for exploring the local area. We love to travel and love the great outdoors, especially the Ocean. Our love for the sea has taken us all over the world as Scuba diving Instructors and we are so blessed to have had those experiences. I love to go for long runs, do Yoga with my friends and am currently learning to surf along with my 3 children! I have over 5 years of experience in property management and hosting, and just recently set up my own hosting business in the area - Ocean Vibes Property Management. My Partner is the local handyman and plumber and so he is on hand if any issues arise during your stay. Boasting panoramic views of both Ocean & Mountain & with a nature reserve at the bottom of the garden, our veranda makes for a perfect place to sit and enjoy a drink & BBQ, whilst listening to the bird song. 1 minute to the shops & cafes of Ocean Shores. 3 mins to a pristine quiet beach, 5 min to BRUNSWICK HEADS or 12min to Byron Bay This bright & breezy home is spacious and comfortable with the added luxury of Air conditioning throughout , & a luxury outdoor SPA. Master bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and chest of drawers, and the third bedroom features king singles and large wardrobe. A large shared bathroom between the bedrooms features a large shower and sink with large vanity. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans with the twin bedroom having air-conditioning. A large outdoor bath and shower is nestled in a private garden, perfect for a soothing holiday soak. The airconditioned spacious open plan living area features comfortable sofas, large smart television with Netflix and other streaming channels. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need (and more) to easily prepare meals and snacks, to serve at the dining table. The electric oven and hob are full-size, and there is a coffee machine, fridge, freezer, all crockery, serving dishes, and cutlery. There is also a snug area, perfect for reading,working or turning into a kids area A large veranda runs the length of the house and enjoys lovely ocean breezes. Comfortable seating and a fully equipped BBQ ensure a great coastal holiday. A separate laundry features a washing machine, with hanging lines outside for quick, sustainable drying. All windows and ranch sliders in the house feature insect screens

Idyllic village of North Ocean shores is peaceful and community orientated with a relaxed vibe. Friendly and very family orientated Play parks, cafes, farmers Market, skate park, beach access, local shop and river access The area South Golden Beach is a small community with a pristine beach and Mrs Birdy cafe plus tennis courts, playground and skate park for the kids. New Brighton, home to one of the area’s best farmer’s markets and the perfect creek for paddleboarding and rope swinging, is just a short bike ride away through the bush. It’s an 8-minute drive to Brunswick Heads, which has some of the best food and restaurants the Northern Rivers has to offer. It’s also only a 12-minute drive to Mullumbimby or 20 minutes to Byron Bay. This house is situated halfway between Ballina airport and the Gold Coast airport, with a 30-minute drive to each. Ocean Shores is a hilly area with many vantage points offering lovely sea views. The flatter area of North Ocean Shores, South Golden Beach and New Brighton offer direct beach access. There are two creeks running through Ocean Shores, Marshalls Creek which can be seen from the popular Yum Yum Café and New Brighton Store and Yelgun Creek. The heart of Ocean Shores is the Ocean Shores Country Club that occupies a central location in the town and is a hub for locals and visitors. Festivals in Ocean Shores Ocean Shores Art Expo The Ocean Shores Art Expo is a cultural event that celebrates the artistic talents of the unique and varied local community that make up Ocean Shores. The expo is very popular with over 300 adult and 400 student works on display. Attractions in Ocean Shores Beaches The stretch of beach along New Brighton, South Golden Beach and Ocean Shores North is beautiful and not very crowded. The only beach that is patrolled is South Golden Beach and then only over the Christmas Holiday period between mid December until the end of January.
