38 Eurobin Street, Geilston Bay is the 1998 Australian Design of the Year Award winning house situated in a peaceful valley just a 10 minute drive from Hobart. This house is ideal for professionals or holiday makers looking for quality accommodation. This place is all about you. Self check in and self check out. You are left in peace and not disturbed. However, if you do require any assistance, help is not far away as I live in an apartment beneath the property. It should be noted that there are no shared facilities between the house and the apartment and guest privacy is paramount. There is a 7kW EV charger installed in the driveway with a type 2 connector. Usage of the charger is charged seperately at a rate of 40 cents per kWh. The charger is being upgraded to 22kW in September, 2022.
I enjoy providing a clean, modern and relaxing environment for guests to stay.
This is a very relaxing, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. 38 Eurobin Street is positioned so that you feel as if you are in the middle of the bush, without any neighbours. Whilst there is a bus stop just across the road, the best mode of transport in Hobart is by car.
