Enjoy your next coastal family retreat, at this delightful four-bedroom, two-bathroom home located less than 250 metres from the gorgeous Burgess Beach. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living and dining area complete with a Smart TV, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern essentials (including a coffee machine!), making catch ups with family or a group of friends a breeze. Additional “break out” spaces include a second lounge area next to a floor-to-ceiling window that fills the space with gorgeous natural light (a perfect spot to enjoy a book), or in the garage you’ll find a pool table where you can challenge your friends or family to a friendly game! Step outside to discover a covered entertaining area, with a barbecue and picnic table, ideal for dining al fresco. The enclosed yard provides a safe space for children to play freely. The main bedroom boasts a walk-in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet. A luxurious main bathroom services the remaining three bedrooms, and features a stunning bath, walk-in shower, spacious vanity, and toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, allowing guests to unwind in their own way. This property is complete with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. These is also an internal laundry. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties.

200meters from the entrance of Burgess Beach a beautifully secluded beach with great waves for surfing, rockpools for exploring and plenty of space for some beach fishing, a fantastic vantage point with a lookout during whale season. 900 meters from the southern end of one mile beach where you can grab a coffee and a bite at Bostin brew co, there is also a park here with BBQ facilities. Fairways shopping precinct is only 5 minutes' drive away (2.5km) you will find Swoop Cafe here (incredible coffee) and green patina homewares (beautiful gifts and homewares) there also a florist and a pharmacy. Forster Tuncurry Golf club is 1.8km away, great bistro and well-maintained greens, the newly renovated Club Forster is also close by (2.6km) which has 4 different restaurants and an incredible kids playground. Less than 5km away is Forsters main restaurant hub, Wharf Street where you can find a delightful selection of restaurants and bars with stunning lake views where you will often find our friendly dolphin families playing at sunset, some of our local favourites include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Senorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St distillery and Tartt. Forster town markets are also held at Town Park (across from Wharf Street) on the second Sunday of every month.
