Upon stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a sophisticated and welcoming living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV equipped with Apple TV; or fill the lounge and dining areas with relaxing music with two Apple home pods available. To ensure comfort is maintained throughout the year, there is split system heating and cooling with Sensibo devices where you can command Siri to set a room to a specific temperature and more. Continue through to the spacious dining area and kitchen and you'll find plenty of room to sit, study, relax, and cook. The delightful timber kitchen awaits, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a culinary delight. Choose to dine at the four-person table or take advantage of the additional seating at the breakfast bar. If you prefer an alfresco setting, venture out to the seclusion of your own backyard. Here, a tranquil area awaits, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine by the fire as the sun begins to set. After a day of exploration, retreat to the comforts of a king-sized bed in the thoughtfully designed bedroom, while abundant built-in storage and a cosy armchair make getting ready a breeze. The bathroom is adorned with contemporary touches, including a walk-in shower and a stylish vanity. For longer stays, make use of the in-unit washing machine and dryer. A permit can be provided upon request for one car to park on the street. Please note that the fireplace in the living room is purely decorative. Additionally, the usage of the outdoor fire pit must adhere to the local fire ban restrictions which generally runs from November through to April, although these dates may change due to seasonal conditions.

For breakfast or brunch, the East Borough Eatery is a must-visit, only a 10-minute walk away, serving favourites complemented by excellent coffee. By night, the Parkside Hotel beckons, a mere eight-minute walk, where a classic bistro menu meets modern style, complete with a delightful outdoor terrace for warm evenings. The neighbourhood is home to numerous parks and recreational facilities, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. Carriageway Park, in particular, is a popular spot for picnics and leisurely strolls and just a quick eight-minute walk from the stay.
