Upon check-in, an authorisation fee of AUD 100 will apply on the credit card, or AUD 200 cash security bond is needed for potential incidental expenses. At check-out, if no charges are outstanding, the credit card authorisation will be reversed (which may take up to 14 days for the bank to process), or the AUD 200 cash security deposit will be fully refunded.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property, of which a copy will be retained.
Metro Hotels complies with all government restrictions and public health orders.
