Modern private room close to QEII Hospital and Griffith University. Welcome to your own private room in our modern granny flat with freshly made bed and sparkling clean bathroom (shared ). Close to Sunnybank’s well known & very popular restaurants. Bus stop just in front of the house, route 135, 145, 599, (135 goes to Queens St, City) Drive to QEII Hospital 4 minutes Drive to Grifith University (Nathan) 6 minutes Drive to Sunnybank Shopping Centre 4 minutes Drive to Brisbane city 15 minutes Hide
I have been in Australia for 34 years and have held many jobs, from cleaner to picture framing owner, from factory hand to mushroom farmer. Airbnb is a small business I help my wife Jing to run, and I love talking to people. Jing is very serious and responsible in doing things, meticulous in cleaning and hygiene, compassionate and helpful.
This location is very convenient, surrounded by QEII Hospital, Grifith University, Sunnybank Shopping Center, many restaurants and other service facilities. There is a bus stop at the door, which leads directly to Brisbane city, and the nearest train station is a 5-minute drive. Elementary schools, middle schools, and private schools are all within walking distance. Neighbors are very friendly.
