This well laid out space is ideal for 2 couples or a family to enjoy this delightful area on the coast. Well proportioned rooms with plenty of natural light flowing in from the balcony, combined with new tasteful furnishings result in a lovely coastal retreat, primed for winding down and making some special holiday memories. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the views of the surrounding area make the most of the elevated position. The open plan living area includes a modern well-equipped kitchen. It has a microwave, stove & oven for your convenience. There is a dining table and chairs for meals, seating 4, and a comfortable living area with a leather sofa facing the wall-mounted TV. A reverse cycle air-conditioner and overhead fan ensure comfort year-round. Sliding doors open to the balcony. Location, location! This apartment is literally opposite the popular Park Beach in central Coffs Harbour. The only beach that is patrolled year-round, it’s home to the Coffs Harbour Life Saving Club, a great sport for breakfast or lunch. Enjoy the long stretch of unspoiled beach - idyllic! You’re spoiled for choice when it comes to eateries. Next door is Cafe Aqua, and opposite is the Bowls club with a wide selection of food and drinks. Hoey Moey, a popular pub, is just a short walk up the road, and for a special meal, The Mermaid Beach House is also within walking distance.
