Welcome to my lovely apartment where you will enjoy a stylish experience . 600m to the golden, sandy beaches of Surfers Paradise 500m to Home of the Arts (HOTA) via the newly completed Green Bridge 1km to Southport Golf Club 2km to Gold Coast Turf Club 5km to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (QLD’s premier shopping precinct) Walking distance to tram and bus stations. Walking distance to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Airport pickup .

A Village community just at the back of Surfers Paradise. Quiet yet right in the action of Surfers. Just a short stroll over the bridge to the heart of Surfers . Village shops at your doorstep, HOTA (home of the arts) A connecting walk bridge away . A stroll up the road and u will be tantalised by beautiful coffee, pastry’s , magnificent seafood and more at Ferry road market. If u are able to walk, then everything you need is close by. The light rail travels to broadbeach and out to Helensvale. Uber is everywhere. If u haven’t got the app download it. Taxis are available and you can also catch the bus. Time tables are available to download. Parking is available at the complex and there is free street parking near the complex.
