You’ll find calm and rest in the two queen-sized bedrooms where eclectic art adorns the walls and mirrored wardrobes provide ample storage. Both bedrooms have the comfort of air-conditioning whilst the primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and sweeping vistas. The bathrooms are designed in timeless taupe and white tiles, with large mirrors and a handheld massage shower head. Additional conveniences include a laundry nook, secure garage and lobby entrance.

At the ground level of your building, discover conveniences including a Woolworths grocer, Big W shopping centre, a beauty parlour and easy eats like Grill’d or Zeus Street Greek. Leaving home you are surrounded by excitement in the hub of South Yarra. Perouse Melbourne's oldest market, Prahran Market and delight in an array of fresh produce and ready-made meals, all just a quick five-minute drive away. Enjoy a leisurely day watching a movie at Palace Cinema just a six-minute walk away, then top it off with a perfect brew and delicious baked goods from Campos Coffee just 160 metres further down Chapel Street. Chapel Street is an endless hub of cafes and retail fashion. Getting further around Melbourne is a breeze as South Yarra Station is a convenient 10-minute walk from home.
