Beautiful old home with great views from the lawn perfect for a glass of wine in the afternoon. The breakfast is excellent. Steve is a great host, with lots of good suggestions of things to do in the area.

This is the ONLY place to stay in Queenstown, if you want to appreciate the heritage and history of the town. It is a heritage mansion that played a central role in the town's development, now being run as an extremely comfortable and hospitable B&B. The hosts are warm and engaging and the location on a hilltop gives a great view of the town. Breakfast was individually cooked and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay in Queenstown, and a large part of it was this excellent B&B.

1). Great location, you can always see this mansion B&B up on the hill above town. 2) Steve offers local ride service and is a great source of info for local services and attractions. 3) Property provides a fascinating glimpse of the glory days of the area’s copper mining history.

Was like stepping back into time of the 1800's. Sits up on the hill overlooking Queenstown and considering it was built in the 1800's is very well maintained. Could walk down to the restaurants and railway where we had to met for white water rafting in 10 minutes.

Beautiful old building overlooking the town. Plenty of space. Bed was very good

Had so much fun playing snooker and had the most amazing breakfast with great local produce and cooked to perfection!

Wonderful atmosphere, staff, facilities and a delicious breakfast to top it all off.

Lovely place with passionate owners who really put effort in making it a great place to stay

Everything. This was the Mine Superintendents' house and Steve and Karen have kept the style but with all of the modern day comforts. The bonus was being driven to our dinner venue and a return in Steve's Mercedes. Lots of little additional touches, were over and above what is normally received. Well worth a stay if in the area.

Beautifully restored historic property, with stylish and comfortable rooms. The hosts provided any and all amenities you might need, and even drove us to dinner and picked us up when we were done. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely place to stay in Queenstown.
