A very friendly neighbourhood in a peaceful area. The property is in an excellent location - ten minute easy walk into town and beach! One block to a locally loved coffee shop and convenience store. For groceries Woolworths, local seafood shop, butcher, bakeries and more are all in the village but for last minute items you have the convenience store at the end of the block! There is also a great playground for kids in town called Dunbar Park. It's also and excellent location for picturesque walks. Five minute walk away is Careel Bay. It has a beautiful location with small grass picnic area and absolute waterfront cafe. There is also Careel Bay Reserve which are large fields with a connecting waterfront walk. Bangalley Headland has exceptional ocean views and is a 15 minute walk away. Great for convenience and keeping everyone occupied. Avalon Village and Beach is an easy ten minute walk from property. One minute walk to a convenience store and a gorgeous new cafe! It's close to a main road for easy access to buses and other transport options. Parking around the property is very easy with parking available on property and plenty on the street.
