Whether you’re hitting the surf or checking out the surrounding parklands, you’ll feel an instant sense of relaxation coming home. This apartment offers a warm and inviting space for both couples or families. Stepping inside, the open plan living and dining area is equipped with split-system heating and cooling and flows to a covered balcony where you can sit alfresco taking in the cool ocean breeze. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or perhaps an afternoon wine. Kick back on the spacious sofa, unwinding with a good book or TV, while a fully catered kitchen makes it easy for guests to whip up a meal. You can also enjoy use of communal BBQ facilities beside the swimming pool, or B.Y.O. rackets to the tennis court. In the evenings, sleep easy within two comfortable bedrooms. The master is immaculately presented with a queen bed, ceiling fan, reading lights and plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings. An ensuite bathroom allows for added privacy. The second bedroom is fantastic for those travelling with kids and comes with a combination bunk bed, comprising a double on the bottom and single bed above, plus a portable fan. There is a neat main bathroom with a shower, toilet and mirrored basin along with an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Undercover secure parking is provided for one car. There is also free parking on the street

The Gold Coast suburb of Palm Beach is known for its crystal-clear waters and laidback lifestyle. It offers fantastic swimming and surfing, kid-friendly Palm Beach Parklands and kayaking and fishing on Tallebudgera Creek. Check out the Palm Beach Farmers Markets, held each Saturday morning, to stock up on delicious local produce and sweet treats, then walk it off along the tranquil paths of Tarrabora Reserve. Start the day at Barefoot Barista and dine at popular eateries The Collective or Burgster. Palm Beach is conveniently located just 10 minutes’ drive from Coolangatta airport and 15 minutes’ drive from Surfers Paradise.
