Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining and lounge with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, DVD. Ceiling fan in main bedroom, laundry with front loading washing machine, bathroom with shower and vanity, separate w/c. Front verandah with hooded gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Plenty of room for parking and boat - half circle driveway. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 x bunks, bed 3(sunroom) - sofa bed. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond A refundable bond will be added to your booking and refunded back to you within 7 to 10 business days of departure providing there are no damages/problems.
