**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

Located in a quiet area one street from the Goolwa river front and within easy walking distance to the town centre, historical wharf and the South Lakes Golf Course.
When you enter through the front door you will instantly feel the quality and spaciousness of this home.
The kitchen is enormous and includes a pantry, gas cooktop, oven, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and full-length breakfast bar with stools.
Dine at the beautiful timber table with seating for 10 people or relax by the combustion wood fire on the beautiful chaise lounge in front of the television.
Main Bedrooms one and two are a generous size with a king bed, ceiling fan and magnificent ensuite with toilet, large shower and vanity.
Bedroom three has a single bed and a tri-bunk. It also includes a ceiling fan. Bedroom four has plenty of space to move around in a wheelchair and also access the outside deck through the glass sliding door.
There is a queen bed and a two-way bathroom that has been designed for disabled guests as it includes a wheelchair friendly shower with no step or doors.
There is a lovely free standing bath and a toilet. Ducted air conditioning throughout.
Access the two outdoor undercover decks from the living area and cook a BBQ or enjoy the lovely green lawn.
The driveway goes all the way down the side of the house and with the large grassed area next door will accommodate several vehicles, boats and trailers or even the Fleurieu test match with the kids.
Laundry includes a washing machine and has access to outside.
