The house is linked by two outdoor spaces, one from the gated secure driveway to the front door, the other a cool shady alfresco setting that seats up to 8 for a relaxed evening BBQ or pizza making in the stainless steel gas pizza oven. The home itself sleeps 6 comfortably with a downstairs Queen bedroom and the third bedroom that offers 2 single beds and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom is on the mezzanine level accessed via a beautifully designed spiral staircase. It has a luxurious private area with a Queen bed and ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, inverter microwave, dishwasher, pantry, oven and Breville nespresso coffee machine. There is a large Samsung smart TV (netflix enabled), Stereo sound dock and Wifi with unlimited data plus a selection of games and DVDs. Its a short walk to the main street cafes, shops and restaurants. Woolworths for fresh groceries is a stones throw away.
