Stunning Location in the prime of Sandy Bay! Perched at the top of this beautiful suburb, you will enjoy million dollar 180 degree views of the River Derwent, and Mount Wellington! This stunning Bird Eye's view is amongst the best of the best! Only a 5 to 10 minute drive from the CBD, public transport is also available from our door! Enjoy your days in arguably one of the best views of the golden suburb of Sandy Bay.

Extremely quiet neighbourhood. You are located in one of the prime locations of the blue ribbon suburb of Sandy Bay. This is a stellar, upmarket and private neighbourhood. The views are second to none. If you like sitting on the balcony, sipping on wine, watching the little yachts and large cruise ships sail into peaceful Hobart, this is the spot for you. It overlooks a 180 degree view of the Derwent river, with the Mount Wellington in the background, and overlooks the entire Hobart City. We guarantee the best views in Hobart! Check our reviews on this property! We will always do all that we can to ensure your stay is comfortable and meets your needs and expectations :) Only a five to ten minute drive from the CBD and Sandy Bay shops. Convenient public transport buses run on the street immediately below, taking you to the prime tourist locations of Hobart.
