Contemporary living meets mid-century style in this sleek one bedroom apartment for up to three guests. Sitting in a brand-new apartment complex opposite Caulfield Racecourse, you’ll enjoy modern open-plan living at its best. A living area features a three-person couch, chic coffee table and a wide-screen TV with Netflix access; and opens up onto a large, enclosed balcony with outdoor seating—the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast. A small kitchen is fit with modern appliances including a gas cooktop, oven and fridge and sits alongside a three-person dining table. A bright bedroom offers a plush queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linen and built-in wardrobes with floor-to-ceiling mirrors. Find a contemporary bathroom with sandstone-coloured tiles, a shower, sleek vanity and a toilet; and enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. As a guest, enjoy access to the building’s luxurious amenities which includes a pool, spa and sauna. If you intend to use the pool you will need to bring your own pool towel. Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well. **Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up. Please also note the keys are located a 7 minute walk away from the apartment, so a 14 minute round trip. Please only make a booking if you're prepared to walk for 14 minutes.

Located directly opposite Caulfield Racecourse, you’ll be primely located just five minutes’ walk to the Caulfield Train station, which will take you to the city in under 20 minutes, and the MCG and Rod Laver Arena in under 15 minutes. The Monash University Caulfield Campus is five minutes’ walk away, while the famed Chadstone Shopping Centre is 15 minutes’ by bus. Your location will have you surrounded by many of the suburb’s cafes and eateries, with bustling Hawthorn Road just a stone’s throw away. Head to Einstein’s 251 on a weekend morning for imaginative breakfast dishes and refreshing smoothies in a laid back space with exposed brick and industrial lights.
