The space The entry hallway leads you into a TV/Activity area (perfect for children) bordered by two minor bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other a king bed), both of which centre around the main bathroom and separate toilet facility. Table tennis and kids football game set up in garage. 3 bikes available also although can't guarantee their condition each time as it depends how previous guests left them. Parking for 3 vehicles max and they must be parked on the driveway and the 3rd parking allocation - all off of the road please. A fourth bedroom complete with bunk beds is the perfect place for a kids sleepout. Our maximum number of guests is 8, for example, 6 adults and 2 children or 4 adults and 4 children. It's only a short 10 min stroll to Dunsborough town and a short drive by car to many wonderful attractions including the internationally renowned surf of Yallingup Beach and beautiful Smith’s Beach; wonderful restaurants such as Blue Manna, Yarri, Clancy’s Fish Pub; Gunyulgup and Yallingup art galleries; Yallingup Wood-fired Bakery; Happs Winery; the world-famous Margaret River wine region; and the family activities at Simmos Ice Creamery. You will need a car to get around the region.
