Providing the perfect base for your Surfers Paradise stay, this house is ideal for families or large groups. It's conveniently located walking distance to Cavill Avenue and Surfers Paradise Beach, with the area's restaurants, nightlife and entertainment all within easy reach. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. It features a generous living area downstairs, flowing effortlessly between dining, kitchen and lounge spaces. Sliding doors lead onto an oversized deck area where you can relax or dine outdoors. Enjoy movie night's at home thanks so smart TV (Netflix ready) and ample sofa seating to spread out on. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could need to cook up a storm, including an oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There are five bedrooms within the property. Two are located on the ground floor, the first with a double bed and single, and the second with three single beds. These two bedrooms have access to a modern bathroom and each have wardrobe space and air-conditioning. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms. The master has a premium queen-sized bed, walk-in robe, balcony and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have queen-sized beds topped with hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep. There is another bathroom upstairs, with complimentary boutique toiletries provided for your stay. The house comes with internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and drying lines. There is off street parking available as well as free street parking.

The glitzy seaside playground of Surfers Paradise continues to be a major drawcard for both locals and tourists alike. It offers endless entertainment options day and night with beachfront shopping, dining, bars and clubs. Go swimming or take a surf lesson at Surfers Paradise beach, hit the many attractions on Cavill Mall (such as Infinity and iFly) and visit the beautiful oasis of Gold Coast Botanic Gardens. The Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 4pm-9pm) showcases artisan goods, fresh local produce and handmade wares.
