The studio and one-bedroom villas are created especially for couples with each villa set apart for privacy and in its own unique setting. 31 The Rocks is set on 10 acres on the Western side of Lee's Mountain, we have magnificent Western views across Broadwater Valley and the sunset view from our rock escarpment are something to see. Our walking track up to the lookout area is well received by our visitors and is only a 10-minute leisurely stroll through the bush. We are a walkable distance from the town centre on town water and beside the tourist push bike trail.
