Designed for both long and short stays, this contemporary home offers a spacious base for families or groups looking to immerse themselves in Perth’s laidback lifestyle with the Antonio Scarfo Reserve just a five-minute walk away. Brimming with natural light, it’s set across two levels, with an open plan design that draws the living outdoors. A full kitchen makes it easy to whip up a feast at home, choosing to come together around the table inside or dine alfresco out on the patio. An outdoor water feature adds to the home’s sense of calm. A dedicated office caters to those needing to work from home, or provides a large space for children to play. Family amenities including books, toys, a high chair and porta cot are provided. Relax in the evenings in the main living room or head upstairs to find a second TV area replete with recliner sofas. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Each comes with queen-sized beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings with central air-conditioning and heating keeping things comfortable no matter what season you are travelling in. The master comes with a private ensuite bathroom, while a second full bathroom with a bathtub and a downstairs powder room add to your everyday convenience. Guests will also have access to an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Undercover secure parking is provided for two cars.

Sitting only a 15 minutes’ drive north of the Perth CBD, the suburb of Stirling is a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of parks and reserves. Pick up groceries at Stirling Village or find Westfield Innaloo just five minutes’ drive away, while the popular family-owned Odin Tavern Sports Bar & Bistro is a 10-minute walk. Play a round of golf at Karrinyup Country Club or explore Perth’s stunning coastline, enjoying a surf at the renowned Trigg Beach. You’ll also find picturesque Scarborough Beach close by, where you can swim or paddle before delving into the area’s notable food scene (don’t miss Drift Kitchen or Monty’s Cafe).
