Whether you’re here for business, leisure or study, this studio apartment provides a peaceful and quiet home away from home. It comes with all the modern conveniences needed for short and long stays, and direct access to a patio with alfresco seating and a BBQ. Inside, the open plan design is well presented and offers air-conditioning to keep things cool. The double bed is topped in crisp white linens for a good night’s sleep, set with a side table and reading light. There are large, mirrored wardrobes for your belongings and a couch to relax with a good book. A dedicated workspace makes it easy to set up your laptop. You’ll find a good mix of shops and eateries close by, but you’ll also be able to prepare meals at home thanks to a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, stove, fridge, and microwave. A private washing machine also adds to your everyday convenience. You’ll refresh in the bathroom, which highlights a rain shower and is stocked with complimentary toiletries for your stay. Parking is provided for one car. Please note that the owner resides in the townhouse upstairs, accessed through a separate entrance.

The riverside neighbourhood of Yeronga sits roughly 20 minutes’ drive south of the Brisbane CBD with Yeronga train station providing easy access to the city centre. Its pretty leafy streets give it a peaceful vibe with a handful of parks, sporting fields and a public swimming pool. You’ll also find plenty of shops and eateries, including Adonis By The Corso, Golly Gosh and M.Y Roasting Café. From here you’re close to some of Brisbane’s notable attractions, including The Gabba, South Bank (home to the Queensland Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA), the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and Queensland Museum) and foodie mecca of West End.
