The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout to ensure a comfortable stay all year round. Kick back in the living area with a plush lounge and smart TV for all your entertainment needs. There is a four-person dining table for enjoying a meal at home, and a small table on the balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or watch the setting sun with a glass of wine. Views from the balcony extend across Haymarket and beyond. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to cook at home; oven, stove, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and utensils. The bedroom has a premium queen-sized bed topped with hotel-quality linens. There is ample wardrobe space for storing your belongings and a dedicated desk space, perfect for those studying or working from home. The modern bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, toilet and vanity with complimentary amenities provided. There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. At the end of a busy day exploring, relax in the residents' large indoor pool and spa. There are also internal gym facilities available to guests for use during their stay. If you are a group booking talk to us about our studio directly next door, this is available for up to two people and enables you to enjoy a group booking. Feel free to request the setup of the sofa bed along with extra linen. Please be aware that there is an 80AUD charge for this service. Kindly remember to make this request; otherwise, the sofa bed won't be arranged.

Market City is home to factory outlets and famous Paddy’s Markets (Wednesday-Sunday) on the ground floor – known for its Australian souvenirs. Catch a performance at the historic Capital Theatre, walk across The Goods Line through Ultimo, see Darling Harbour and if you’re travelling with the kids don’t miss SEA Life Sydney Aquarium. Sample delicious street food such as yum cha, teppanyaki and pho at the Sydney Chinatown Markets open each Friday.
