This is a bright and spacious apartment that has beautifully finished timber on display throughout, with a fully equipped kitchen including granite bench tops. There is a new split system air conditioner in the main living area and one in the bedroom. The unit is built with the tropical environment in mind, so has timber louvers built into the doors creating very pleasant breeze ways through the house. Although attached to other residence this unit on the second floor is actually very private with no neighbours in view once inside. There is a shared laundry downstairs but a private drying rack on the veranda upstairs. There is a fold out bed available upon request if required by two friends travelling together. Out of respect for our friendly neighbours we have the unit listed for two guests but if we can be assured of a reasonable noise level being maintained we will be happy to provide the extra bed upon request.
