This eventually became two apartments, and we then spent a couple of years creating the perfect formula for maximising bookings and customer satisfaction. A year later, we bought a second property and repeated the formula, to great success. Now, a few years down the line, we are a fully licensed real estate agency with a plethora of awesome properties, which we manage on behalf of their owners. You are conveniently located a few kilometres from the city and the esplanade but if you don't feel like going very far at all, you are a few minutes walk from our favourite cafe in town, Brother Jenkins serving up old time favourites with a funky twist. Also, 10 minutes walking you have a bottle shop, bakery, cafe and grocer.
