Company information

We are a family run and locally owned business offering short term luxury rentals in Australia. We are based in Cairns but do have one waterfront apartment in Main Beach - Gold Coast and one penthouse apartment in Geelong - Victoria.

Property information

The apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom with all the mod cons of a home. All rooms have views across either the broadwater, city and/or mountain views and overlooking the Southport Yacht Club. Only a short walk to the Southport Surf Club, Yacht Club, the Marina Mirage and Seaworld. Has some great restaurants in a 5 minute walk with a choice from counter meals to al a carte. Surrounded also by large parks and gardens. The apartment is fully self-contained and filled with complimentary amenities to make it a comfortable home away from home. Included is linen, towels, laundry products, fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine and tea making facilities, Netflix, magazines and books. You will have full access to the apartment and full privacy throughout your stay. We will give you access to free parking in our secure parking garage, and the building also includes a swimming pool.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is surrounded by beautiful parks and gardens and views from all rooms. The boardwalk runs along the beach into the centre of the Gold Coast and is a pleasant 15 minute walk. Upmarket dining is available only 200 metres away along Tedder Avenue, the Southport Yacht Club is only over the road and the Southport Surf Club is around the corner and only a 200 metre walk. Everything is very handy and very close without the loud hustle and bustle of Cavill Avenue.
