Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

The location was very convenient and the view from the balcony was a splendid overlook of the city and the sea. The room was very clean and comfortable and the free items were very nice to have. I’d love to comeback and stay for longer next time!

Very accommodating and accessible for a family of 4 that included an infant and a toddler. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and our room had everything we needed - clean, modern and comfy beds. We would stay again.
