Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

The rooms and location were great. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Voco is located right outside the Surfers Paradise tram stop and not too far from the action. It's perfectly situated in such a way that it is still quiet around the area. If you are a catholic, there is a catholic church right across the street.
