Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

Amazing hotel that we wished we’d spent longer at. The view from our hotel room was amazing and we had a lovely nights sleep. The hotels location is very central and just a short walk to the middle of surfers paradise. The offers on happy hour and evening meals were excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel
