We love staying at the island. Location is so great and staff are always so lovely

Staff were amazing and helpful, rooms were comfortable and loved the mini bar and snacks!

Amazing location and amazing amenities in the property. Very good for kids especially.

The staff, the amazing pool, the views from the room. The new room decor.

- The lobby is beautiful - the breakfast is fantastic and there is a wide variety of food - 2 exceptional pools, one which is a fish filled lagoon which you can snorkel - my son loved the sea scooter - the room was clean and modern - beautiful ocean view on high floor - Woody on 'at your service' had all the answers to my questions - self service laundry room very clean and reasonably priced - Lani (I think that was your name at the poolside) was SUPER helpful and friendly and gave us lots of tips and advice about our stay in the Gold Coast, she even sent me a postcard to wish us a lovely stay after our conversation ❤️ - Amit on the front desk was very pleasant on check in - Sohei was very helpful at the bar for questions - There was a younger lad at the front of the hotel on Tuesday night who had greeted us in such a Friendly manner for 2 days straight (sorry didn't catch your name) All in all, the hotel is really lovely and I can't find much to fault, but it was the staff who really made the stay exceptional, nothing was too much and they were always willing to go above and beyond to help. Thanks to you all.

The location was very convenient and the view from the balcony was a splendid overlook of the city and the sea. The room was very clean and comfortable and the free items were very nice to have. I’d love to comeback and stay for longer next time!

Everything. Being right in the centre of everything it was easy to walk to places and it has the most amazing view.

Everything is excellent, from the location to the value for money.

My room in the 22nd floor had a superior ocean view like from the plane. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is wonderful to reach all the attractions in the Surfers Paradise.

Nothing not to like, the place is outstanding.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were wrapped in pure luxury. Soft music played, the lighting was warm and romantic, topped with beauitul aromas and complimentary gourmet cheese and crackers welcomed us — such a thoughtful touch. Natasha has created a sensual, elegant escape that feels truly special. Check-in was effortless, and her communication was exceptional. If you’re looking to indulge and reconnect, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back.

Everything, the location, rooms, service, food. All is impeccable.

Nice homely feel to the property. Functional kitchen. 2 min walk to the tram.

Extreamly nice hosts of Vivienne and Graham who have provided us almost everything in need during a trip! Besides the stunning beautiful view of sea, the cozy and spacious room was equipped w useful tools, considerate plates and pots, as well as fun activities like chess etc. The bath was super comfortable. There is a tram just to the front gate of the apt bldg, which makes our trip to beach very easy. I would come back 100% if visit the city again, and recommend it to every of my friends and relstives!
