Stan se nalazi u mirnom stambenom naselju u blizini centra grada i turističke jezgre Sarajeva. Do strogog centra grada i Vječne vatre dolazi se laganom petnaestominutnom šetnjom poznatim Wilsonovim šetalištem uz koje se nalazi dosta zanimljivih sadržaja. Udaljeno par minuta od stana se nalazi tramvajsko i trolejbusko stajalište. Putovanje do centra javnim prevozom ili vlastitim vozilom traje 5 do 10 minuta.Stan od 55m2 se sastoji od prostranog dnevnog boravka sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom i trepezarijom, spavaće sobe sa udobnim bračnim krevetom, kupatila i terase. U dnevnom boravku se nalazi garnitura za sjedenje koja se po potrebi pretvara u krevet za dvije osobe.
Ispred zgrade se nalaze besplatna javna parkirališta sa dosta mjesta. Stan je smješten u blizini zelene pijace, restorana i kafića, pekara i prodavnica. Stan je jako gostoljubiv i topao te pogodan kako za ljude koji žele uživati u tišini mirnog naselja tako i za mlade ljude koji žele da im na dohvat ruke budu klubovi i noćni život.
