It's definitely an older building, but has been updated inside. The space was strange because toilet and sink/shower were at opposite ends of the apartment. That being said, it was fine. Made the best of it, and we were comfortable. Parking was a bit of a pain because few spots fill up.

The apartment is ideally located a hundred meters from the Meuse and the river shuttle. This shuttle will take you for one euro per stop to the most beautiful cities of Liège. Close to the footbridge overlooking the Meuse you will be in five minutes on foot in the city center. On Sunday, you can stroll through the famous "Batte" market, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. No need for a car to access the center and surrounding areas. The bus stops are 200 m away. Nearby, the science museum and its aquarium. Why not a visit to the Curtius museum, or even to the Parc de la Boverie with its permanent collections of the Musée des Beaux-Arts ... The river shuttle will take you there. Otherwise the apartment was completely renovated in January 2020. Located on the first floor, it is maintained and the household linen is systematically replaced after each pass. It includes a large TV and high speed wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, dishes. white / red / Champagne wine glasses. You are right in the district of the famous writer Georges Simenon. An authentic district in its own right called the "Principality of Outremeuse" with its artists and students. Its many restaurants of all origins including "Tchanchès and Nanesse" one minute from the accommodation. A little further, the passage "in Roture" ... A pedestrian dotted with restaurants as diverse as typical. If you want to go to the center you will not need a vehicle. Cross the pedestrian bridge or cross the Kennedy bridge, all the bridges lead to the center in 5 min, watch in hand.
