With its 5 bedrooms and 5 private bathrooms, which can accommodate max 14 adults + BB, La Grange de David is a luxurious gîte ideal for a relaxing stay with family and friends. A bedroom with a large adapted shower room is located on the ground floor and welcomes people with reduced mobility! A kitchen equipped worthy of a professional, a warm lounge and its beautiful bar, a large dining room..... A real pleasure after a beautiful day exploring our surroundings. Giant flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, darts, board games, mini table football, an infrared sauna for 4 people, a shiatsu for a full body massage will make you spend pleasant moments in a quiet environment. Located in the hamlet of Xhignesse, the cottage is 20' from Durbuy, Liège and above all at the crossroads of all the beautiful villages: Hamoir, Ferrières, Aywaille, and the best activities in the region: Kayaking, the wild world of Aywaille, the caves of Remouchamps, not to mention the Church of Xhignesse, listed as a Major Heritage site. Discover our beautiful Ardennes.
Real estate agent for more than 25 years, I particularly like to restore buildings, especially when, in this case, demolishing almost entirely this old cattle barn with its slurry pit to make it a quite comfortable place and highly appreciated by tenants. All happiness.
Just next to "La Grange de David", you can visit and admire the church of St Pierre de Xhignesse, classified as a Major Heritage Site in Wallonia. 2019 will see the end of its complete restoration to welcome different artists: painters, classical musicians....... Previously the farm at the back was in operation. Since May 2018, it has been empty of any occupant and therefore of any activity. Already the hamlet of +/- 40 inhabitants is quiet but the cottage being located in a dead end street....... to sleep or party it is the ideal place
