The apartment is 50 m2 fully furnished. There is enough space for movement, relaxing and work. It’s suitable for families, group of friends, and offers accommodation for 4 people. It’s equipped with everything needed for a short and long stay. Our home is composed of a double bed, seating area with soft sofa bed with possibility of a bedroom for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a big balcony. All consumptions- electricity, water, heat, internet and a smart Tv (complimentary Netflix) all included in the price for lodging. We offer free parking and after 4 days of your stay there is a cleaning and changing of bed linen and towers. There is a possibility for picking you up from the airport with prior arrangement.

Our apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and it’s near Students Town (which is just across the street). It’s perfect for solo travellers, business travellers, people that prefer to work from a quiet home atmosphere and everyone who just need to have some rest. The apartment is located in Darvenitsa district, near to Studentski Grad. It enjoys a very tranquil area while being not more than 5 minutes away from the park and the centre of the lively student’s neighbourhood full of non-stop entertainment spots - cafes, clubs, restaurants, fast food and retails outlets.There are several bus lines like 280, 88, 413 that pass by the closes metro station G.M. Dimitrov. Also you can reach the metro station by foot; it is only 15min away from the apartment. Bus number 413 (which stops in front of the building) goes directly to the Central rail station and the Central Bus station. The airport is 7km away, 10min by car and there is a possibility for picking up from the airport with prior arrangement. There is a pharmacy and a super market just in front of the apartment.
